Holiday Club
Berkhampstead Holiday Club is the ideal place for children aged 3 - 8 years to have lots of fun, in a familiar environment, during the school holidays.

What We Do
Berkhampstead Holiday Club offers a relaxed, home-from-home childcare provision for children between the ages of 3-8 years old. The club runs from 8.15am to 5.15pm, with the flexibility to drop off later and pick up earlier. Our holiday club is open to everyone: Berky children and children from other schools. Our holiday club benefits from the school’s facilities allowing the children to partake in arts and crafts and cookery and in addition to this, children are able to access the gym, playground, MUGA and Wildlife Garden for more active fun.
Activities
Holiday Club activities include: • Football/Hockey • Holiday Club games (e.g. What’s the Time Mr Wolf?, Shark Attack, Colour Game, Hide and Seek) • Musical Statues and Musical Bumps • Movement breaks • Yoga • Treasure hunts • Parachute games • Time in our Wildlife Garden • Arts & Crafts • Cookery • Imaginative play
During the longer holiday periods, particularly during the summer, we run themed weeks. This may include themes such as: Beach Week, Science Week, Olympics Week, Pirate Week, Zoo Week, Royals Week and Space Week.

How To Book
Holiday Club costs £47.50 per child per day, with a 5% discount for weekly bookings. Bookings can be made through Magic Booking.
Please register with Magic Booking using the button below.
Holiday Club places must be pre-booked to allow staffing and catering to be arranged. Bookings for Holiday Club need to be made two days in advance. Cancellations must be made one week prior to the booked date. If you require a date that is within two days, please contact holidayclub@berkhampsteadschool.co.uk for availability. Please note bookings taken within this two-day period will be subject to a late booking fee of £5.00.
A late collection fee of £15.00 may be charged for any children not collected by the end of a booked session.
Important
A place cannot be guaranteed on the day unless it has been pre-booked and payment has been made via Magic Booking.
No refunds shall be given for absence through illness or no show. Session dates may be changed by agreement and subject to availability.
Children must be collected by an authorised adult, as identified on Magic Booking. Holiday club staff must be notified of any changes in advance of pick up.

Eligibility
Your son/daughter must have attended Kindergarten for at least one term to be eligible for our Holiday Club. We do accept pupils external to the School depending on pupil ages (between 3 and 8 years old). Please do contact a member of the Holiday Club team if you require further information.
