Wrap-around & Holiday Clubs
WRAP-AROUND CLUBS
Various clubs are offered on most days within the School term dates (exempt of VAT) including; Breakfast Club (7.40am to 8.10am), which is charged at £ 4.90 per day (including breakfast), After-School Club (end of school day until 4:30pm) which is charged at £ 8.60 per day for Early Years and Pre-Preparatory years and £ 4.90 per day for Preparatory years & Tea Time Club (4:30pm to 5:30pm) which is charged at £ 10.80 per day.
HOLIDAY CLUBS
Our Holiday Club runs from 8:15am until 5:15pm and is for children aged 3-8 years old. The Holiday Club is charged at £53.60 per day or £241.20 for the whole week and includes a morning snack, hot lunch, and light tea.
Additional ‘Berky Experience Clubs’ will be running in the school holidays and prices will be detailed on our MagicBooking system when booking opens.
How To Pay
Our fees are payable in full on or before the first day of each term via bank transfer or cheque. Our bank details should be available on our invoices. The School will always inform you if we change our bank details. Please be cautious if you are advised to amend our bank details; it would be advisable to contact the School by telephoning 01242 523263 to verify any change.
We also offer the ability to pay monthly (over 10 monthly installments) via the Direct Debit scheme. Please contact the Finance Office for further information: financeofficer@berkhampsteadschool.co.uk.

Bursaries, Discounts & Early Years Funding
BURSARIES
We are delighted to be able to offer a number of means-tested bursaries. Please contact the Bursar, who will be happy to supply details.
DISCOUNTS
We also offer a sibling discount for larger families with three or more children in the school:
Third child - 30% discount
Fourth and subsequent children - 100% discount
Please note that this excludes Kindergarten and discounts are only awarded when all siblings are current pupils in the School at the same time (discount applied to the youngest child).
EARLY YEARS FUNDING
Early Years funding for 3 and 4 year olds is available*. Please contact the Bursary team for further information.
Further Details
The fees listed are per term are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Lunch and snacks are separately charged but included within the total fees listed above.
A full term’s notice is required in writing prior to withdrawing a pupil. A term’s fees in lieu will be charged if written notice is not received on or before the first day of the preceding term.

**The school offers multiple methods of paying fees including termly invoicing and ten direct debit instalments. The monthly equivalent figure is for illustration purposes.
***The breakdown of the Registration Fee is as follows: £50 of which is non-refundable, £300 deducted off first terms’ fee (Reception or above), £150 refunded when pupil leaves or donated to Berkhampstead School.
****We also offer instrumental lessons (arranged directly with peripatetic teachers, in piano, all stringed instruments, all brass instruments, all woodwind, percussion, saxophone and singing).
