All the Right Moves!

Wednesday’s annual Gloucester Schools v Cheltenham Schools chess match was a tense affair with Cheltenham just pipping their local rivals to regain the Peter Harrison Cup. Five Berky players were representing Cheltenham. George de B-T played Board One as captain while Jack P, James S, Edith H and Rupert G all recorded hard-fought wins. All the Cheltenham players received commemorative trophies at the end of proceedings.
