Flipping Marvellous PTA!

Prep children perfected their tossing skills for this year’s House Pancake Race event. Now in its eighth year, this very popular Berky House competition was staged for the second year on the MUGA. (Multi-Use Games Area) The excited crowd - made up of parents, teachers and Pre-Prep children - witnessed speedy sprinting, impressive tossing technique and great team spirit. First to run were the Year 3s and 4s, followed by the older children in Years 5 and 6. The results made Berky pancake race history as Mr Cross announced that all four houses were equal! So now the much-coveted frying pan trophy will take turns in the Prep trophy cabinet rotating every three months, to sit on each of the four house’s shelves. After the results were announced, the PTA kindly provided pancakes with delicious toppings for all the children.
