Chess Success

Now in its eighth year, the annual Berky chess congress proved a great success with a very high turn-out and lots of money raised for the PTA. All the children played to a fine standard and enjoyed the day. There were prizes galore, and sixteen qualifiers for the Gloucestershire Megafinal. Many thanks to Mr Bird for organising such a popular event.
