Kindergarten cooking
Our youngest pupils have had a wonderful morning making delicious peppermint creams! All the children had a go at mixing the eggs whites, icing sugar and peppermint essence, and then each child rolled the mixture into balls, putting each one in a paper case and then decorating with pretty frosted snowflakes. This fun activity tied in with their topic ‘Cold Lands,’ and was very popular with all our budding Jamies and Nigellas.
