Scottish Country Dancers Visit Berky!

Today Years 1 and 2 welcomed the Cheltenham branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society for a morning of learning how to dance the Scottish Way. The children had great fun learning two dances, ‘A Reel for Jeannie’ and ‘The Flying Scotsman.’ It is Scottish Activities week in the Pre-Prep and the children have a busy schedule with Scottish themed art, (including tartan design and Lochness origami), Scottish breakfast, and their own version of the Highland Games on Friday, where they will toss the caber and perform their dances for parents as well.
