A Special Ceremony

Year 1, with the help of Father Stephen, held a wonderful baptism service at at All Saints’ Church.  It was a fitting end to the children’s learning about names, naming ceremonies and Christian ceremonies. Proud ‘parents’ were supported by Godparents. The ‘fathers’ did a sterling job of holding the lit candles very carefully! The service was a great success and tea and cake back at school rounded off the celebration very nicely.  The Gloucester Echo took a series of pictures which can be viewed here.
