Ever popular, the opportunities for drama at Berkhampstead are seized eagerly by pupils and are thoroughly enjoyed by staff, the children and the appreciative audiences of parents and friends.

Drama stimulates and excites pupils. An outlet for self-expression, it allows the development of artistic awareness and imagination. It promotes confidence, fluency of speech and allows the demon 'stage fright' to be met head on and vanquished!
Pupils learn organisation, co-operation, self-respect and respect for others, discipline and self-knowledge.

From the nursery nativity plays, through to class assemblies; from the wonderful productions penned by our Head of Pre-Prep, with original songs, costumes and roles for all, through to the bigger scale productions as pupils enter their final years at Berkhampstead, drama is an integral part of School life and a part which is great fun!
Pre-Prep 'moving and shaking!'
